The Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies (CER) brings together close to 70 railway undertakings, their national associations as well as infrastructure managers and vehicle leasing companies.

CER represents the interests of its members on the EU policy-making scene, in particular to support an improved business and regulatory environment for European railway operators and railway infrastructure companies.

The European Hospital and Healthcare Employers' Association (HOSPEEM) represents at the European level national employers' organisations operating in the hospital and healthcare sector.

HOSPEEM members, located in EU Member States and EFTA countries, have powers to negotiate on pay and on terms and conditions of service with their respective trade union partners.

The Council of European Municipalities and Regions is Europe’s first and broadest association of Local and Regional Governments. CEMR is the only organisation that encompasses 60 national associations of Local and Regional Governments spanning 41 European countries.

 

CEMR is dedicated to fostering peaceful, inclusive, just, and resilient territories and communities. To achieve this, it works in close cooperation with our member associations to empower Local and Regional Governments and their leaders on the ground. 

UITP is the International Association of Public Transport and a passionate champion of sustainable urban mobility. It has been sharing insights and experience, inspiring innovation, and shaping the future of urban mobility for more than 140 years.

Today UITP brings together 2,000 authorities, operators, industry suppliers, academics and policy makers from around the world, and together with these members, it advances public transport through advocacy, knowledge and networking.

PostEurop is the trade association that has been representing European postal operators since 1993. It is an officially recognised Regional Union of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

Its 53 members in 51 countries and territories collectively operate in over 185,000 postal points and 27,000 parcel lockers, employ 1.6 million people and deliver billions of items a year.

PostEurop promotes greater cooperation, sustainable growth and continuous innovation for the postal industry.

The European Federation of Education Employers (EFEE) represents education employers in all levels of education, from pre-school to higher education and research. This includes different national organisations, such as education councils and ministries of education, associations of VET colleges and universities and local and regional authority employers’ organisations.

EFEE`s mission is to improve the quality of teaching and school management through European cooperation and dialogue. EFEE acts on behalf of its members in its role as officially recognised European social partner in education and as an official dialogue partner to EU institutions.
